Copilot Chat and the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence do different things. We start by showing staff exactly what their version can and cannot see.

Summarise long email threads, draft replies in your tone and catch up quickly after leave.

Get a recap of a meeting, a list of actions and who agreed to what. Ask questions about what was said.

Turn notes into a first draft, rewrite in plain English and summarise long reports.

Ask questions about a spreadsheet in everyday words. Get help with formulas, tables and charts.

Turn a document into a first set of slides, then tidy the wording and layout.

Copilot can find anything you have access to. If files are shared too widely, Copilot can bring them up. We show what to check first.
